Poxwell Quarry

Conservation visit to Poxwell Quarry with particular aim of removing a sycamore tree blocking the full access to and view of the rock-face.
Off road parking at the entrance to the track to the quarry.

This session was originally scheduled for Thu 27 Nov but brought forward due to the forecast of high winds and rain. Mon 24 Nov was bright and still. Ideal for tree-felling!
Also, an opportunity for a little more work on the limekiln.
